- The Electrical Regulations are regularly updated. By employing qualified and NICEIC registered Norvett electricians to carry out your commercial periodic inspection and testing, you know they are up to date with changes in the regulations.
- To test each circuit, our commercial electricians need to safely disconnect (and reconnect!) each cable inside the mains board. You may find it preferable to schedule the work for a closed, or quiet, period to save business disruption.
- If the mains board doesn’t comply with regulations, we may advise that we change it at the same time as testing – this is to save you the labour cost of disconnecting the cables twice, once when testing and again to replace the board.
- We would usually make a preliminary visit before testing, so you would know in advance if your mains board was out of date.
